Banking can feel intimidating. The jargon, the fine print, the assumption that everyone already knows what an APR is. Minster Bank wanted to change that — and connect with their community in a way that felt warm, human, and a little fun.

I wrote a docu-style video series built around a simple premise: a young boy keeps interrupting Minster Bank employees every time they slip into financial jargon, reminding them — and the audience — that real people deserve real language. It's a light touch that does serious work, making banking feel approachable without dumbing it down.

The result: financial content that actually makes you smile.
